Williams signs new nine-year contract with Athletic Bilbao
Athletic Bilbao striker Inaki Williams has put pen to paper on a new nine-year contract with the club.
The 25-year-old, who was reportedly a target for Manchester United earlier this summer, has scored 34 La Liga goals in five seasons at Estadio San Mames.

Bayern make Coutinho approach
German champions eyeing Barca midfielder
Bayern Munich have made contact with Philippe Coutinho's representatives to discuss a possible transfer from Barcelona - according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Bundesliga giants are eager to keep adding to their squad after losing a number of key players at the end of last season, including Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
Coutinho has endured a difficult time at Camp Nou since his 2018 switch from Liverpool and only managed to score five La Liga goals last term.
Verratti wants Neymar to stay at PSG
Marco Verratti wants Neymar to stay at Paris Saint-Germain amid reports the mercurial forward is set for an exit from the Ligue 1 champions.
Neymar missed PSG's 3-0 win over Nimes on Sunday, with his move from the Parc des Princes – reportedly to either Barcelona or Real Madrid – seemingly getting closer.
The Brazil international was targeted by supporters during the match, who called for the 27-year-old to leave the club.

Aurier keen to leave Spurs
Tottenham defender Serge Aurier is pushing for a move away from the club, according to The Guardian.
Youngster Kyle Walker-Peters and Juan Foyth have moved ahead ahead of the Ivory Coastinternational in the race for the right-back spot.
Milan and Paris St Germain are said to be interested in Aurier who last played for Tottenham against Borussia Dortmund in March.
Lozano close to Napoli switch
PSV striker Hirving Lozano is closing in on a move to move to Napoli, according to Eindhovens Dagblad.
The 24-year-old Mexican was substituted in Sunday's 3-1 win over Den Haag but the injury is not serious and talks are set to continue with the Serie A club.
PSV are reported to be keen to receive at least €40 million (£37m) for Lozano who has scored 34 goals in 59 apperances in Holland.
Celtic winger wanted by Zenit
Celtic winger James Forrest is a target for Zenit St Petersburg who are willing to pay £12 million for the 28-year-old, according to the Scottish Sun.
Russian clubs can still sign players until their transfer window closes on September 6.
Celtic will not welcome the approach for Forrest who is a key member of Neil Lennon's squad and is under contract until the summer of 2022.
Lovren nears Liverpool exit door
Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren is being strongly linked with a move to Serie A side Roma after slipping down the pecking order at Anfield.
Corriere dello Sport report that Lovren believes his time in England, which started at Southampton in 2013, could be up and is receptive to making a fresh start in Italy.
The 30-year-old Croatia international did not even make the bench for Friday's Premier League opener against Norwich City.
Coutinho set to stay at Barcelona
Philippe Coutinho looks set to remain with Barcelona after they were unable to offload the Brazilian to the Premier League during the transfer window.
Marca reports that manager Ernesto Valverde was keen to move on the former Liverpoool midfielder in the hope of freeing funds for a swoop for Neymar.
But despite interest from Arsenal and Tottenham that was not possible and Valverde is now resigned to keeping Coutinho on the books.
Real Salt Lake fire head coach Petke
Real Salt Lake has fired head coach Mike Petke, the club announced on Sunday.
Petke was suspended for two weeks on July 30 after an altercation with match officials, and the club dismissed him a day before that suspension was set to expire.
"We hold all of our coaches, players, executives and staff to the highest standards of professionalism. As an organization, it is vital that everyone, particularly our leadership, reflects and embodies our core values and the values of our community, treating all people with respect, civility and professionalism," a club statement said.
Assistant coach Freddy Juarez was named interim head coach for the remainder of the 2019 season.
Rafinha nearing Valencia move
Sport reports that Barca have decided to let the Brazilian leave this summer before his contract expires and have dropped their asking price to €10 million (£9m/$11m).
Rafinha has reportedly already agreed personal terms with Valencia and his move could be completed once he returns from pre-season duties in the United States.
Inter to make €18m bid for Dzeko
The Nerazzurri are hoping to land the veteran striker to go along with Romelu Lukaku
According to Italian outlet Sport Mediaset, Edin Dzeko could move to Inter in the next 24 hours should Roma agree to sell him.
Inter are preparing an offer of €18 million (£17m/$20m) for the 33-year-old striker.
The report also claims Mauro Icardi could be set to go the opposite way with his time in Milan nearing an end.
Arsenal could fund Ozil's move to MLS
Mesut Ozil's future at Arsenal remains in doubt with reports claiming the Gunners are looking to push through a deal with MLS side D.C. United.
The Express reports that Ozil's representatives will soon meet with D.C. to discuss a potential move which the Gunners may need to fund.
While Wayne Rooney's looming departure gives the MLS side some extra cash to play with, they won't be able to offer half of Ozil's current weekly wage of over £300,000.
That means Arsenal may potentially fund some of the move with the club apparently keen to offload the German.
Falcao closing in on Galatasaray switch
AS reports that a deal for Radamel Falcao to join Galatasaray is close to being finalised with the Monaco striker to join the Turkish club on a three-year deal.
The 33-year-old scored 15 league goals for Monaco last season and was first signed by the club back in 2013.
Falcao infamously had two loan spells in the Premier League with Manchester United and Chelsea where he scored just five times across 36 league appearances.
D.C. United miss out on Sturridge
According to Washington Post, D.C. Unitedheld talks with Daniel Sturridge's representatives about joining the club, only for his wage demands to derail any deal.

Napoli close on Lozano

Talks between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona over a deal for Neymar have stalled, according to Sport.
PSG are ready to let the Brazilian leave the club this summer but Barca believe the French side are being unnecessarily tough in their negotiations.
The Catalan side also insist that Nelson Semedo will not be included in any deal for the 27-year-old, especially as they believe PSG do not value him highly enough.
